Mountain summit above the clouds at sunrise

Good money doesn't create freedom, structure and intention around it does.

Most people never get to the level of income and wealth you have, so why would you settle for the traditional advice everyone else receives? We help successful entrepreneurs and families turn financial complexity into clarity, so money creates freedom and optionality, not friction.

Meet Drew

Meet

Drew Faloon

I work with ambitious entrepreneurs and families who've built real momentum, but don't want success to come at the cost of clarity, health, or the relationships that matter most.

Like many of the people I work with, I'm driven. I expect a lot from myself. And for a long time, I believed that grinding harder was the answer. But I learned, sometimes the hard way, that progress without structure eventually creates friction.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me outside, hiking Colorado's peaks with my Australian Shepherd, Talus, training for endurance events, or planning the next adventure.

Preparation. Patience. Perspective.

To help high-achieving families and entrepreneurs align their money, business, and life, so their hard work creates freedom, not friction.

Why Trailblazer Exists

A different way to think about money, and life.

Trailblazer Wealth Management wasn't built from a textbook or a template. It was built from lived experience, mine, and the people I work with.

I've seen what financial uncertainty does to people, and I've seen it far too often. Not just in balance sheets, but in real life. It shows up as stress you carry home, decisions you delay because nothing feels fully thought through, and health and relationships that quietly take a back seat.

I've watched capable, driven people slowly give away pieces of their life because something always felt unsettled beneath the surface. When someone is grounded and prepared, everything changes: they're more present, they make better decisions, and they create impact that isn't possible when they're operating under constant weight.

Building Your Personal Economy

Wealth creates complexity,

and complexity steals freedom unless it's coordinated intentionally.

The 7-Step Planning Discipline

Seven steps to one clear plan

After we define where you are and where you want to go, we use a 7-step planning discipline to give you a clear, integrated plan.

  1. A

Discover the Human Behind the Numbers

We start with you, your values, your vision, and the life you're building, before we ever look at a spreadsheet.

  2. B

    Map Your Current Cash Flow

A clear, honest picture of what's coming in, what's going out, and where every dollar is actually going today.

  3. C

    Secure Your Income Floor

We build the foundation that guarantees your essential lifestyle is covered, no matter what the markets or life throw at you.

  4. D

Define the Purpose of the Excess

Once your floor is secured, we assign a clear purpose to every surplus dollar: growth, legacy, giving, or dry powder.

  5. E

Manage the Risks and Reduce Taxes

We stress-test the plan against taxes, market shocks, and life surprises, then lock in strategies that protect what you've earned.

  6. F

    Coordinate the Pieces

We connect your cash flow, investments, taxes, insurance, and estate into one cohesive, intentional system.

  7. G

    Monitor and Adjust

Life evolves, and so does your plan. We keep watch, adapt, and keep you aligned as your goals and circumstances change.

Always Ready

Clarity beats complexity.

Preparation creates freedom.

Structure turns income into impact.

Coordination keeps complexity from stealing your freedom.

Always Ready means responding with clarity, instead of chaos.

Always Ready isn't about hustle or urgency. It's about building your life, money, and systems so well that when opportunity, or adversity, shows up, you respond with clarity instead of chaos.

You've built momentum. Income is strong. Investments are solid. Opportunity is everywhere. But nothing is integrated into one coordinated system. You don't need more opinions. You need coordination, structure, and a trusted guide.

Built for people who've outgrown good enough.

What We Represent

Built intentionally, around a clear philosophy

Trailblazer Wealth Management wasn't built by accident. It was built around a defined set of values, and a standard for how financial advice should be delivered.

01

Always Ready

Preparation, alignment, and calm confidence. We believe your systems should be built so well that you respond to opportunity or adversity with clarity instead of chaos.

02

Clarity Over Complexity

Complexity destroys confidence. We believe clarity creates momentum. That means plain language, thoughtful structure, and systems that make decisions easier.

03

Gestalt Financial Planning

We integrate money, business, and life into one coordinated system. Your Return on Life is emphasized more than your Return on Investment alone.

04

Progress Over Perfection

Waiting for the perfect plan is a form of paralysis. Momentum matters more than perfection. Clarity is built through action and intentional follow-through.

05

Demand Outstanding

We hold a world-class standard, for ourselves and our clients. Preparation, discipline, and intention are baseline expectations, not differentiators. We refuse to settle for “good enough.”

06

Practice What We Preach

The philosophy behind Trailblazer isn't theory, it's how we live. We build our own systems, preparation, and discipline first, so the guidance we offer comes from experience, not a textbook.

Trailblazer Identity

The Trailblazer Identity

This is not a slogan. It's the standard we hold ourselves to.

We are guides, not gurus.
We walk alongside clients, offering perspective, structure, and direction, without ego.
We are integrators.
We connect business, personal finances, tax, investments, and life into one cohesive system.
We are builders.
We build durable systems, long-term confidence, and real capability, not quick fixes.

Who this is for

  • Value clarity over complexity
  • Want structure and a guide that allows them to focus on what they care about
  • Care deeply about family, freedom, and impact
  • Expect their systems to match their ambition
  • Don't want more noise, but want a better infrastructure

It's not for everyone. And that's intentional.

Schedule an Alignment Call

A thoughtful, low-pressure conversation to explore fit, alignment, and whether working together makes sense.

  • A calm, focused conversation
  • A chance to talk through your situation out loud
  • An opportunity to explore alignment and next steps
  • Not a pitch or product discussion
